In September we held a major event with some influential guests who were used to attending such events. The positive unsolicited feedback from all who came, was that it was an outstanding success. Emma’s knowledge, organisational skills and efficiency, and assistance in every respect from 9 months prior, to the weeks leading up to, and the night of the event itself, were invaluable. Everything was anticipated and double checked before we even thought of checking! Her follow up from meetings is always prompt, and she seems to action things within hours, (even minutes) of their being decided!

The Trustees were not hassled or worried about details, but felt relaxed knowing Emma had things under control. They could focus on talking to guests, while the event unfolded seamlessly around them. Emma is a delight to work with as she is cheerful, enthusiastic and unfailingly polite, with the rare skill of being able to understand how best to work with her clients, and develop good relationships rapidly.
